1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened earphones, headphones, and Bluetooth devices.

Screen protectors, tempered glass, and protective cases once packaging is opened.

Software products or activation codes that have been redeemed.

Products with physical damage or signs of misuse.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same model within the return period, subject to stock availability.
