1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened earphones, headphones, and Bluetooth devices.

  • Screen protectors, tempered glass, and protective cases once packaging is opened.

  • Software products or activation codes that have been redeemed.

  • Products with physical damage or signs of misuse.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same model within the return period, subject to stock availability.

  • If the product is not available, a refund will be issued.
